Who we are

Grow Palm Beach (“we,” “us”) is a local marketing agency serving Palm Beach County, Florida. This policy explains what information we collect through www.growpalmbeach.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information you give us

When you fill out our contact form, we collect:

• Your name
• Your phone number or email address
• Anything you write in your message

Form submissions are delivered to us by FormSubmit, a form-processing service. If you book a call through our site, scheduling is handled by Calendly, which collects the name, email, and time slot you provide. If you call or text us directly, we receive your phone number.

Information collected automatically

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site — pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and how you found us. Google Analytics uses cookies for this. We do not see your name or contact details in analytics data.

Our hosting provider, Vercel, keeps standard server logs (such as IP addresses and request times) to run and secure the site.

The site also stores one small preference in your browser’s local storage so our welcome popup doesn’t reappear every visit. It never leaves your device.

How we use your information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

• You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
• You can ask us to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you by emailing matthew@growpalmbeach.com or calling (561) 401-0695.

Data retention

We keep inquiry and client records only as long as needed to respond to you, provide services, and meet legal or accounting obligations. You can request deletion at any time.

Children

Our site and services are for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we’ll post the new version here with an updated effective date.
