Agreement

These terms apply to your use of this website and, together with your service agreement or proposal, to marketing services provided by Grow Palm Beach. By using the site or hiring us, you agree to them.

Our services

We provide local marketing services including SEO, web design, Google Business Profile management, advertising management, and related work, as described in your individual proposal. The specific scope, deliverables, and pricing for your engagement are set out in that proposal.

No guarantees of specific results

Marketing outcomes depend on factors outside anyone’s control, including search engines, ad platforms, competition, and your market. We work to deliver measurable improvement, but we do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic numbers, lead counts, or revenue. Case studies and statistics on this site reflect real results for specific clients and are not a promise of identical results for you.

Billing and cancellation

• Monthly plans are billed in advance and run month to month.
• You can cancel any monthly plan with 30 days’ written notice — no long-term contracts.
• One-time projects are billed per the schedule in your proposal.
• Fees paid for work already performed are non-refundable.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate business information and timely access to accounts we need (such as your website, Google Business Profile, or ad accounts).
• Ensure content and materials you give us don’t infringe anyone else’s rights.
• Review and approve deliverables within a reasonable time.

Ownership

Once paid for, deliverables we create for you (website pages, content, creative) belong to you. We may reference non-confidential work — like your logo and publicly visible results — in our portfolio unless you ask us not to. This website’s own content and branding belong to Grow Palm Beach.

Third-party platforms

Our work often runs on platforms we don’t control (Google, Meta, hosting providers). We aren’t responsible for their outages, policy changes, or decisions, though we’ll always work with you to adapt when they change.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Grow Palm Beach’s total liability arising from the website or our services is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages such as lost profits.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted here with its effective date.
