How it works
Your menu goes online.
I load your menu, prices, add-ons and hours into an ordering page on your website. English and Spanish are both available.
Customers order and pay.
They pick their food and a pickup time, then pay by card on a secure Stripe checkout. Prices are checked on the server, so nobody can change them.
Your phone buzzes.
Every paid order comes to you by text and email with the name, items, total and pickup time. The customer gets a receipt and directions to you.

You are the merchant of record. Orders and payouts show up in your own Stripe Dashboard, and payouts go to your bank on Stripe’s normal schedule.
Questions
Do I have to stop using DoorDash or Uber Eats?
No. Keep them for delivery if they bring you customers. This gives your regulars a direct way to order pickup, and on those orders you keep the full price of the food.
Who holds the money?
You do. Payments go into your own Stripe account and pay out to your bank. I never touch your sales.
Do I need a tablet, printer or new POS?
No. Orders come to your phone by text and email. If you can read a text, you can run it.
What if we get too busy?
One switch pauses online ordering and shows customers a message. Ordering also stops on its own outside your hours, and pickup times always leave you enough prep time.
Do you do delivery?
Not right now. This is built for pickup orders.
Do I need a new website?
Not necessarily. If your current site is solid, I can add an ordering page to it. If your site needs work, ordering comes built into the new one.
