Order alerts, by text
When a customer places and pays for an order on your website, the Grow Palm Beach ordering platform texts your kitchen the order number, pickup time, items, and the customer's name and phone, so you can start cooking before they arrive.
Sign up a number
Enter the mobile number that should receive order alerts for your restaurant. You can add more than one person by submitting this form once per number.
What you'll receive
- One text per paid order, like: “Brothers Taquizas: New order #42. Pickup 12:30 PM. Maria R. 561-555-0101. 3× Carne Asada Taco. $19.68 (paid). Reply STOP to opt out.”
- Catering deposit notices when a customer pays a deposit online.
- Nothing else. No marketing, no promotions, no messages to your customers.
Frequency, rates, and opting out
Message frequency depends on how many orders your restaurant receives. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving alerts; reply HELP for help, or email matthew@growpalmbeach.com or call (561) 401-0695.
