SMS Terms & Conditions

Program description

Grow Palm Beach Order Alerts is a text message program operated by The Direktory LLC, doing business as Grow Palm Beach. Restaurant owners and staff who opt in receive automated text messages notifying them of orders placed and paid for through the Grow Palm Beach online ordering platform for their own restaurant. Messages include the order number, pickup time, items ordered, and the customer's name and phone number. This program does not send marketing or promotional messages.

How to opt in

You can opt in by completing the sign-up form at https://www.growpalmbeach.com/sms-alerts, entering your mobile number, and checking the box to consent to receive order-alert text messages. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

How to cancel

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to the number that sent you the message. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, sign up again at growpalmbeach.com/sms-alerts or text “START” and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
